Article Processing Charge
Commercia does not charge any publication fees for articles; however, to ensure free access and maintain publishing quality, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies to authors whose manuscripts are accepted after peer review. The APC covers minimal costs related to peer review, editing, typesetting, publishing, and archiving, which is as below:

Discount and Waiver Policy
- Scholarly Publication supports researchers with limited funding to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge. Authors with high-quality papers facing financial challenges can apply for discounts of up to 20%. All discount requests will be assessed individually by the Managing Editor based on research quality and financial situation.
- Editorial board members are eligible for 20% discounts on APC for each submitted article.
- Lifetime members of the Scholarly Publication are eligible for a 100% waiver of APC on the first publication and a 10% discount of APC on subsequent publications.
- Any reviewer for Scholarly Publication journals may claim a 10% discount on APC for their article submitted to Commercia, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The last review is completed within six months of the article submission.
- The review report is thorough and submitted timely.
- After completing the review, the reviewer is eligible for one discount per published article. No reviewer discount will be provided for unpublished articles.
- The reviewer is listed as an author (not necessarily as the corresponding or first author) in the submitted manuscript.
